Like all people, my husband and I dreamed about owning a home. We knew we wanted one, but just did not know where to start. A coworker of mine gave me a phone number to call and told me the Realtor was great and that she would be the one to help me. Sure enough she was right! I gave Carolyn a call and from the start I can honestly say I fell in love with how she worked and her communication with me. Any questions I had she was always there to answer them. She was right and always on the ball. Carolyn had tons of connections and wonderful people that helped my husband and me find our dream home. Every week for over a year we would go and look at homes, some were good and others were horrible. I was getting to the point where I thought I may never own a home and getting tired of looking. But Carolyn was always positive and told me the right one would come and I just had to be patient. She and her husband Jim Emaus were wonderful to work with. There more like friends then just Realtors. They weren’t just trying to profit from the sale; they wanted to find a home where my family and I would be happy. Their motto was ‘if they themselves wouldn’t live in it, why would they want their client to.’ To this day I am grateful to Carolyn and Jim for all their dedication and help. My family and I couldn’t be happier. I can honestly say that we now live in our dream home, in a good neighborhood, with a great school district for our kids. I have and always will recommend them to anyone I know.
